Lisa Lunsford is the co-founder and CEO of GS3, a Tier 1 automotive supplier that engineers, bends metal and assembles components used in a variety of industries including industrial equipment, automotive and renewable energy infrastructure.

Ms. Lunsford's extensive technology background includes three decades of experience in the automotive space, which began with ten years as a research and development engineer in Ford’s Plastic Products Division (now known as Visteon). She also founded iThinc, a custom software development company that develops intuitive web-enabled supply chain applications.

Ms. Lunsford is the Board Chair of MICHauto, an organization that represents and advocates the needs of the industry stakeholders to local and state governments. It works to inform policies that support growth and maintain Michigan’s leadership in automotive and mobility innovation. She is a board member of The Children's Center – Detroit, serves as an advisory board member to the Mike Ilitch School of Business Global Supply Chain Management program, and is a past board member of the Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program (DAPCEP). Ms. Lunsford was recognized, in 2015 and 2020, as one of Automotive News100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.

Ms. Lunsford holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Bennett College in Greensboro, NC and resides in Michigan.
